I'd rate Christie a 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Christie made the process so incredibly smooth. She researched the market and priced the house super competitively that we received over asking price. 50 showings in two days and 17 offers based on her strategy! She took extra care to make sure we had no stress in this whole process! This is the second time I've worked with Christie to sell a home and if I ever need to again; she is my "go to" realtor!
