Selling our house. Christie did an amazing job, from knowing the perfect time to list, helping with staging, having a list of people to help paint, carpet, clean, having amazing pictures taken of our home and answering all my questions/fears immediately. She is very knowledgeable in real estate. We would use Christie again in a heartbeat for our realty needs and would recommend anyone to use her! We love Christie and her team!!! They are wonderful!

Christie is the best! We never thought we would use a real estate agent to sell our house. We saw one of Christie's listings and were blown away by the way she listed it. Everything about it made it look incredible - stunning pictures, unique description, and the way it was staged. We didn't end up getting this house, but we saved her contact. When we decided to sell our house, Christie was the first person we called. She came up with a game plan to not only maximize our sales price, but to make sure we received the best offer with minimal contingencies. She was very responsive to any questions we had and even came over to help us stage. We had over 90 showings in 3 days and ended up with 40 offers. Got Top Dollar! I gave Christie a call out of the blue and we scheduled a time to meet the very next day. She reviewed her marketing strategy which my husband was skeptical of but we felt we should trust her experience and knowledge. We were able to go on the market quickly with a very slick looking presence from the picture layout online to the 3D and video tours to even the beautiful sign in the front yard I almost didn't want to sell it looked so good! So good that it literally sold with the very first showing for well above asking so yes the strategy worked! Christie was bubbly, assuring, and truly invested in helping my family. I felt like we were in the best hands. It was an easy, quick, and profitable experience. I will recommend Christie to anyone looking to buy or sell.
